Insulation inspection rules for electronic connectors: The same type of insulating material produced by qualified suppliers, with stable product performance (returned without quality problems within one year), will be sampled every 5 tons.
For new insulating materials from qualified suppliers or insulating materials or samples from suppliers supplied for the first time, samples should be sampled for the first time for type testing, and the subsequent five supplies should be sampled. Sampling.
If the insulating material is found to be unqualified at one time, it will be sampled according to the first batch of supply regulations. 3.1.4 Each batch of insulating material must be accompanied by the quality guarantee or test report of the supplier's material.
Sampling method: Take 2 bags or more from each batch. Checkable items are tensile strength, elongation at break, dielectric strength, volume resistivity, 80°C volume resistivity, oxygen index and density.
For undetectable performance, it is accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty. The packaging insulation material is packed with plastic film bags inside and PP braid/kraft paper composites outside. The net weight of each bag is 25±0.2kg, but negative deviation per ton is not allowed.
Logo: The packaging of the board-to-board connector insulating material must indicate: the name of the manufacturer, the material model and name, the date of production, the net weight and the product qualification certificate. When the electronic wire connector insulating material enters the factory, the manufacturer's quality assurance certificate or quality inspection report should be attached. When supplying for the first time, the manufacturer must attach the type test report of the statutory inspection department. During normal supply, the manufacturer must provide the type test report of the statutory inspection department of that year every two years.
The insulating material of the electronic wire connector should not be exposed to sunlight and rain, and the packaging should not be damaged.
Storing electronic wire connector insulating materials should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
