2. The problem of product die-cutting deformation, the biggest factor causing this problem is the tension between the material mold bases, the adjustment of this problem is mainly through the following aspects:
Check whether the tension of the raw material is too large, and try to adjust different tensions; whether the buffer knife foam is deformed or damaged, whether the thickness and elasticity are appropriate; whether the pressing shaft is too low, whether the pressure of the knife and the heel support shaft is too tight, and the compression shaft Whether the force is too large; whether the pull-out position of the pull-out tool is suitable, whether the product is broken; whether the waste material is completely cut, whether there is residual glue on the tool; when other problems are eliminated, try other batches of raw materials.
3. There are two main reasons for the problem of product loss. One is the poor cutting of the product, and the other is caused by local residual glue and adhesion. The main methods to solve this problem are as follows:
Check whether the lost knife has regular cuts; whether the cutting is too biased, whether the glue position is not correct; whether the thickness of the material is too small; whether the knife pressure is too small; whether the circular knife support ring is too small; whether the gear is dirty; waste Whether the extraction strength of the waste is too small; whether a peeling knife is required; whether the thickness of the foam cotton of the buffer knife is appropriate; try other batches of raw materials, when it is found that the loss of tablets is inevitable, it should be approved after obtaining permission. 4. In the process of product mold cutting, the problem of dirty and wrinkled products is mainly caused by foreign matter contamination and cleaning problems. To solve such problems, we mainly start from the following aspects:
Regardless of whether the tension of the main material before entering the tool is too large, whether the two ends of each compression shaft are balanced, whether the product pressure is balanced, use the finished sensor as much as possible or minimize the force of the finished shaft.
Whether the release force of the waste is too large;
Whether it is necessary to add a pointed stripping knife;
Check whether the raw material has the same problem, and whether the drive shaft in contact with the raw material is clean;
Whether the pad knife foam needs to be replaced, whether the electrostatic removal equipment is working properly, and whether each finale is clean;
When the product is found to be scratched, it should be checked whether the raw material has the same problem, whether there is a special tape on the drive shaft of each die-cutting machine that is in contact with the raw material, and whether the cleaning meets the environmental requirements.
