TYPE-C interface mold: In response to the demand for high-speed data transmission, an ELMAX stainless steel material solution was developed. At a groove depth of 0.275mm, the tolerance is only ±0.002mm, effectively reducing the contact resistance.

Automotive connectors: By applying VIKING superalloy and through the design of directional cooling water channels, the problem of mold thermal deformation under high-temperature conditions is solved, and the service life is extended to over 500,000 times.

Mobile phone earpiece mesh mold: Made of S136 pre-hardened steel and combined with sub-mirror surface discharge technology, it achieves 0.1mm-level micro-hole array processing to ensure zero loss of acoustic performance.
